Spinning is the process by which cotton, wool, flax, and other short fibre twisted together to produce a yarn or thread suitable for weaving into cloth winding into rope or cable
SPINNING
The threads of the denim yarn are twisted into a rope, and ready to go for rope dye process.
BALE WARPING
Rope dyeing is considered as the best possible method to dye indigo yarns.the threads of denim yarn are twisted into a rope, then undergo a repetitive sequence of dipping and oxidization. The more frequent the dipping and oxidizing, the stronger the indigo shade.
ROPE DYEING
Rope are dyed, and break down back to original yarns for sizing & weaving process.
LONG CHAIN BEAMING
Sizing, is a protective coat applied to the fibers to smooth and strengthen them during weaving process.
SIZING
The composition of yarns woven together to produce a design and varies on the number of warps and wefts. There are many different types of weaves like 3x1, 2x1, 1x1, etc.
WEAVING
After weaving, raw fabrics are being inspected and repair before it goes to the finishing process.
INSPECTION & REPAIR
inishing is one of the last steps, it stablizes the shrinkage, skew ratio, etc. it makes the denim looks tighter and cleaner.
FINISHING
After all these process, fabrics are ready to roll & pack, and delivery to our customers.
