ABOUT US
KSDenim is one of the very first selvedge denim supplier in China. The company has a rich heritage of over 30 years in the textile industry. It was first started operations in 1985, with a fabric trading base business by Mr. Yeung. In the early 90s, the company had an opportunity to expand its business model to manufacturing, it was when Mr. Yamane San decided to produce the selvedge denim in China.
Mr. Yeung had taken this opportunity and focus back on the traditional way of denim weaving while the denim had gone mass production at that time. KSDenim believed the selvedge denim is evergreen, and the beauty within had not been found by the world. KSDenim has continued to bring back the heritage and also input innovation to it.
KSDenim is not a large-scale factory, rather it's medium-scale setup provide the flexibility and focus on selvedge denim. With the vertical setup from Indigo rope dyeing to finishing. KSDenim keeps its own colour and unique style of selvedge denim.
Factory is located in XinJiang, China, and we are the ONLY factory that produce selvedge denim in XinJiang. We started to spread out the silk road concept 20 years before the launch of "One Belt One Road" campaign. XinJiang is one of the oldest place of textile industry and best place for cotton growth. With the city continuos develop and more sustainable, our factory also implemented sustainable practices that protect our community and the environment.
